As a part of our B.ed curriculum,the of students social science optional in Sree Narayana Training college, Nedunganda made a video based on the story of educated uncmployment. Educated Unemployment is a situation where a person cannot find a job suitable to his qualification. The youth aspires to get a job, not work for a living. Therefor they wait for a better opportunity which creates a situation of high educated unemployment.Sometimes educated people are underemployed or unemployed when qualification does not match the job. Faulty education system, lack of employable skills, mass student turnout, preference for white collar job, negative mindset for self employment and pressure from parents are highly responsible for educated unemployment.
