  The first phase of teaching training started today (26/10/2022).  S.P.B.H.S.S Kadakkavoorr is a school.  He reached the school at exactly 9.10 in the morning.  The Kadakkavoorr school has a team of 10 including three optionals from the college.  After reaching the school, the attendance book was submitted to the headmaster and the attendance was recorded.  After that the teachers sat in the room arranged for us.  Went to meet the respective subject teachers and attended the class as per the teacher's instructions.  9E is the class I got.  The fourth period was allotted for me.  Since it was the first day, we got to know each other and then bought a paper containing the information of the children.  When the period ended, he left the class and later attended the lunch distribution.  After 3.30 he returned home. 27/10/2022 Today, the second day of teaching training, reached the school at 9.15. INTRODUCTION The current popular practice of teaching in which teachers are given the opportunity to enhance their teaching skills by improving the simple tasks is termed as Microteaching. It helps to enhance the real-time teaching experiences of teachers. Microteaching which involves the skills of presentation and reinforcement helps novice teachers to learn how to teach students or the art of teaching at ease. Thus, importance of Microteaching can’t be ignored. Microteaching has been used in various fields impactfully such as life sciences, health sciences etc. Medical Council of India has been introducing changes in medical curricula and this arises the need of getting the special training to make the role of medical teachers important.
